active license for titan pc suite

Hello everyone, I am in Tuan, I live in Vietnam, currently titan pc suite software can not be active on my computer even though I still login on avolite web, I do not understand why though I'm still normal, because I reinstalled Win so I do not active now, thanks everyone.Any comments please send to trinhtuan0708@gmail.com

I have checked the website records and it appears that your computer signature for Titan Simulator matches up with that of another user account which is associated with copying our consoles. This unfortunately meant that your request was blocked by the system, I have made an adjustment so that you should be able to licence your computer if you try again now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
