I’m about to upgrade the pearl Expert console from v6.1 to Titan v8 or v9. However, when we had our console repaired last year, the Taiwan dealer lost our recovery usb. I heard my colleague that their console couldn’t work ideally after upgrading and neither could she downgrade the system. Since he console is venue’s property, I have to assure it can work well no matter what version is. Any suggestion for a backup plan? Thanks.
