Computer key problem

Everytime i want to activate the TitanOne simulator i get the same message : the specified computer key cannot be used for simulator.
How do i fix this?

Do you have your TitanOne or Titan Mobile plugged in? If so the software will use that and require a licence from the main Titan Licensing page; you should normally use the separate TitanOne or Titan Mobile shortcuts in the Start Menu for this. To run in simulator mode, disconnect any Avolites hardware and restart the Titan Simulator software.
