Hi all,

I have 2 common problems on 3 quartz and 1 arena running Titan v10 and I don't find a solution.

The first problem is as I use 2 cuelist with more than 200 cues each, we purchase external monitors to view the cue list bigger than we see in the bottom right corner on main display, but the problem is that when I go the last cue I see on monitor, it not scroll automatically to the next cues list of cues and is it set to do it on window setting. The monitors are not useful at the moment.

The second problem is that when I run cuelist and use manually a chase, I lost control on the cuelist because the chase goes on top of cuelist. You will say to use the autoload, but it is no possible because I have to do about 20 flash in 40 seconds and to do it with autoload I have to record a lot of cues, that is it not practical! Now I'm doing the flash manually, but I have 3 light operators doing the shows that are not very good with flash, tempo, etc. Is that why I need to use the chase manually doing the flash and they only need to up and down the fader.

For the first problem unfortunately there was a bug in v10.0 which meant the auto scroll function didn't work properly. This has been fixed in v10.1. Also in 10.1 there is a new user setting option called 'Auto View On Connect'. When set to 'Cue Lists' this will make the playback view open when the cue lists is connected (either automatically or manually) - this might be useful for you with two lists if you want a way to easily switch to the correct view (for example you could assign one of the buttons to be 'connect').

For the second problem I think you are referring to the default auto connect settings. You can toggle this in user settings. By default it is 'Chases and Lists'. Try changing it to just 'Cue Lists' (or turn it off and connect manually).

It's a shame about the first question, because it's really important and only in the end of the 2 productions is when I can upgrade to the 10.1 version.

About the second issue is solved. I didn't found that setting before.
