I am going to be using a Pearl Expert console at a show soon. Is it possible to run Titan software on a laptop and plug in via usb or ethernet? I am thinking I could have certain workspaces open on the laptop at all times...

Yes. Network the consoles and setup a Multi-User session in DISK/[TitanNet Sessions]. Note that both must be running the same version of Titan.
