HELP!!!!! I have recently purchased a Pearl 2004 and it seems to have an intermittent fault where it locks up or freezes. It has not happened to me but to two other users, 1 a new user to the pearl and the other an experienced operator. When the experienced operator had the problem it happened 3 times during a gig. The only way he could bring the console back to life was to switch it off and back on again. For info the LCD screen was still ok, the console just freezes everything looks fine but nothing works!! Should i re-install the software??? Any Ideas?? Thanks

I think the best thing to do would be to speak to our service department.
