I'm running titan 9.1, and I found a problem with fader after loading a show (or switching to backup console on network).

After load a show the faders must be zeroed (back to home) and than back to its position in order to command the lights saved on that fader. The same happens after switching from master console to backup console.

Is it a setting?

'Level Matching' is intentional on consoles without motorised faders. Otherwise the playback would snap in at full as soon as you nudged the fader and you wouldn't have any control. Generally this isn't considered desirable.
