Shapes Stop Running, Can't Include? (Titan Mobile)

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but the programming that used to take a few hours is now taking days due to this bug that I can't seem to trigger at any specific moment. I upgrade recently from v10 to v10.1, and since then, I've been having an issue where when I am building a cue list, the list will randomly not let me include looks from it (other cue lists still work). If i restart the computer, it will let me include it again, but all the shapes/key frames/ pixel mapped effects no longer run. Any suggestions as to what's happening or how I fix it?

Does it display an error when it fails to include? Does any information go into the programmer e.g. fixtures or other attribute values? If it happens again try copying the cue list and see whether you can include from the copy and whether the copy plays back correctly.
