Desk Lamp Pin Out

Could anyone please tell me the pin-out for avolites desk lamps??
i.e. is pin 1 or 2 "hot"
I am repairing a desk lamp and do not have the console in the workshop.
Someone ripped the top off the desk lamp when trying to change the lamp.

No problem!

pin 1 = Gound
pin 2 = +12 Volts
pin 3 = Earth
