We have a new Arena and upon startup today, the main touchscreen is non-responsive. The problem continues despite multiple Clears and Avo-Exits and three re-boots. The mini screen is working properly, as is an external touchscreen. Items may be selected with an attached mouse, but there's no response at all on the main screen from touch. It worked fine up until this morning. Any ideas?

I would suggest you contact service directly about this, preferably by phone if possible.
