I have a couple of shows that I have been running for several years on Titan Mobile. I have upgraded my laptop to V10. We have a show to do in summer and we want to use the house desk which is an older Tiger Touch running T9.
Will this open my showfile?
And...does the action of opening a T9 showfile on a T10 machine automatically convert it into a T10 file?
If this is going to be a problem then I may be able to find a backup file that was saved with T9 and use that.
So...is there any way of finding out which version of Titan a showfile is? I tried opening it with a code editor and just got a load of gobbledegook.
Whats the way forward here do ya think?
Thanks
Can a Titan 9 desk read Titan 10 showfile?

No. Unfortunately shows are not backwards compatible.
You can find the version of .d4z files (ie. full or quicksaves) by opening as an archive and view the 'show.xml' file.

Thanks Nic. How do I open as archive?

Rename the extension to .zip.

Excellent, thats good to know thank you. The file is show.shw and shows the history of the file.
So then to refer back, is there any way to open the file, and repatch and save in T9 format on a T10 machine?

No, not that I'm aware of. Sorry.
