Arena primary vs secondary ethernet port

Heya all,

I'm trying to hook up an Elation Enode 8 pro to my arena V10 console. Through broadcast en sACN it all works fine.

However if i'm trying to unicast, the console will not recognise the node on the primary port. No matter what ip adresses (2.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x range) or subnet masks i use.

As soon as I hook it up to the secondary ethernet port, all's fine and the node shows up in de list.

Any ideas or suggestions how to make this work on the primary port?
