Random black out chase

I want to black out my 8 moving heads randomly.
I don't know it is possible but I tried a chase like this.

1. First cue is 2,5,7 moving heads got 0% of RGBW.
2. Second cue is 1,3,5,8 moving heads got 0% of RGBW.
3. Third ... 3,7,8.
4. Fourth ... 2,4,6,8.
.....
5. I changed Release of the chase like this.
Release Mask : C
Release Time : 0s
Cue Release : On

Where did I miss??
