Hi,
We have a pearl 2004 which hangs at energising the pearl. Already tried wiping the console from the Avos menu but that didn't help. The screen on the mainboard switches between these three codes: SPUR, e, 83ae. Tried to find the error codes online but haven't found anything. Is there some tech documentation about the PCBs and software to repair this console? Thanks in advance

Try to quit and put again the RAM modules or/and some Ic's. Sometimes they lose contact with the board.
