Avolites USB bootloader

Hello, everyone.
How do I use USB bootloader on Avolites tiger touch ?
I can't connect panel board to USB bootloader . It's not detect for load HEX file.

USB Bootloader is not generally used any more, USB Expert Console under the Control Panel menu is used for panel diagnostics and updating firmware.
