How do you get the lamp on ? I'm afraid I may have a faulty lamp -
Any help would be great appreciated.

Hi Steven,

Just go to AVO+DISK and you will see the lamp intensity on the encoder wheels

maybe your intensity is turned down,
press avo, keep holding it down and press disk to go into system setup
now turn your first encoder clockwise and the light should turn on
