Happy New Year to all!!

In order to comply with Pearl 2008 v1 software library system (thanks Olie) a new version is released (v1.3)!

It includes new attibute type tags for Red, Green and Blue channels for RGB fixtures. That implement forced to redone some parts of the software, specially Palettes creator and channel set-up, and changed a little bit the behaviour of the software in some cases. It's thoroughly tested and works perfectly, but anyway, if you experience some rare things or errors just tell me opr send me the generated crash log.

Old files created with this software are fully compatible but I really recommend to review it, because the program will tweak some values there and you'll be sure that is Pearl 2008 software compatible.

Please update your copy using the "Check for updates" button or just download it and install it!

I´ve downloaded the R20 builder, but i can´t seem to be able to open .r20 files.
I´ve "checked for updates" too be sure that I´ve got the latest version 1.3 but it doesn´t work anyway.

Open R20 files is not allowed still, because I'd to do some changes on the programming and I'm testing it, I'll release it when it become as stable as I can. Right now it's under final steps, should be available soon...

I'm so glad to anounce you that new version 2.0 of the R20 personality builder is released!!

And, finally, it includes R20 file editing capabilities. Now you can open your R20 files to view/edit!!



Here some adds on new version refearing to previous version:
- Added edit R20 files capabilities
- R20 files are now automatically associated with this application
- Internal structural major changes
- New R20 syntax errors analyser
- Added Release Notes viewer and manager
- Fixed bugs on generating process
- Fixed bugs on Color Mix system (autoPalettes)
- Fixed some language problems
- Redone Macro system (new way of create)
- Some internal tweacks on PT picker
- Sample option removed
- Unlocked Range Descriptions to be able to add formulas
- Custom Shapes internal works
- Some GUI fixes and other bugs fixes

And it's much more faster and good looking than old versions.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS:
- Right now it's not abe to edit Macros, it'll be possible very soon

NEXT STEPS:
- Edit Macros
- Create custom Shapes
- AutoSend files to Avolites team
- Create D4 files????

As always, this version was thoroughly tested, but anyway, if you find some problems or crashes, just use the crashlog and send me the file. I always recommend to test your generated files before the gig.

Did you know that UPDATE from V1.3 recognizes that there is a new version available (2.0.099), but installs V1.3 again.

Hello everybody!

A new version (2.1) is ready to be released!

Just update your version or download at http://www.albadalejo.com/raul/software/R20PB.zip

This new version implement all Macro features (reading, editing and generating), not included in 2.0.

Now you can read all macros from an R20 file, and edit them.

This was the last feature regarding the R20 editing; surely a few tweacks will follow, but no major implements in this way. Next works will go to custom Shapes creator/editor.

hi raul just want to say LONG LIVE RAUL, the problem is that after upgrading with 2.1 version when i verify in ABOUT option on the main window , its still shows version 1.3 ( Build 91 ), is it ok or i have to reinstall the software for the new look.

Don't use UPDATE, just install the new version from the link. This issue is covered a few posts up the thread.
