Titan mobile - universe 2 not working?

Hi,

Last night universe 2 was working fine...this morning, no outoput from universe 2 at all! If I change the fixtures in the patch to universe 1, 3 or 4 they work fine, so it must be the output from the desk. The desk and cabling hasn't moved over night!

Can anyone tell me...how do I test this further and repair the firmware?

OK, so I used USB Expert Console to simply enter boot mode and exited as there were no updates for the desk.

Everything is working OK now!

Anyone got a clue what might have happened?
