First of all I want to point out, that I am a complete noob who managed to get his hands on the following Console:

I tried to follow the tutorial here:

But, I got stuck on the very first step:
2.1.1 Clearing the Azure
Press the Supervisor button
Enter the PIN code if necessary
Select option F “Wipeall”.
Press F again to confirm.
On my Console, I am just not able to switch the mode. It seems stuck on "Operator" Mode. I have read, that you have must not be in a sub-menu and I tried all I could, but without results.

I am asking for your help, mostly because I got the Console, from a hardware repairman, who "fixed" some stuff on it. He managed to get it to a state that it "runs", but I am not sure, if something is wrong with it.
Could anyone give me an advice, if I am stupid or the Console is broken ?
I would really appreaciate your help!
P.S.
I would also like to know, if there is a way to update the Firmware of the Console and any related Software that might be used to connect the Console to a PC.
