problem with macro of saphire

hi,my problem is that i can´t reset the stage color 1200 and stage zoon 1200 with the saphire. All chanells go "0" bat no reset. I try make a macro handmade but not work.
The saphire is the last version.

Yeah, I have the same problem with the lamp off command to some fixtures. The Pearl personalities seem to work, but not the poor old Sapphire. Not much help I know, but a least you know now you're not alone!
