Licensing new computer

Postby jgutworth » 02 Jul 2016, 05:06

I already registered my Titan on my old computer but found out my graphics card was not good enough to run the Capture visualiser. Now I am trying to register my new computer using the downloaded licence file which worked on my old windows 7 but is not working on my new computer which is windows 10. It asks me what I want to "open with"and gives my options like WordPad, Notepad, Adobe Reader etc. None of which are working. Please help me figure this out as this has been a several day process for me and would really like to start using V10!

Each computer will require a separate licence however you can request as many licences as you need. On the new computer press the Request Licence button then Full Licence to export a new token file then submit it to the website here. Once you receive your new licence back in the software select Enter Licence then Import File and browse for an select the new licence file on your computer. If you need to update a temporary licence to a full on there is an option in the System menu to Enter New Licence.
