Titan mobile fade problem

Can anybody help on this I have a Titan mobile and I have created a new show and have got a problem in the play back faders I have some as dimmers and some as playing back shapes when I snap the the fader to off there seams to be a lag before this lights go totaly out and the same on the faders I have shapes on and it makes the heads go nuts for a couple of seconds before everything settles down , it donst always do do it but more often than not and I just can't work out why as have never had this problem before

I have a few questions which hopefully will help to identify the problem. Is there a release mask or time set on the playback or a global one set in the Release menu? What mode is the playback in? Are the shapes set to size or speed on fader? Double check what the fade in and out times are set to for the playback.

Hi thanks for the message yes I worked it out in the end the global release was set to 2 seconds and now have it set at zero and no more problems now
