We have a Polauce Pearl serial Number:043.We got it from a second hand market and after one month work it now can not work properly.
When power on the internal lcd shows PRGO and sometime 1221 rather than the OK. I have tried the hardware wipeall and no effect(LCD still show PROGor 1221), I also tried link the AVOS jump(link pin one to enter AVOS menu and no effect,

for we have all lighting and fixture installed properly we also used the DMX spiliter to avoid any high voltage feedback so it wil be very kind of you to tell us what happened to the desk and how to solve it . Thanks in advance

This problem can occur if some of the chips on the Motherboard become unseated. By firmly pressing down on any chips on the motherboard that are in sockets you may be able to resolve this problem.

If this does not fix it then you may need to upgrade the desk to the latest AVOS.

If this still does not solve it, let me know and I will do a bit more investigation.
