Pearl Expert Hardware upgrade

Hello , i am having some crashes from time to time i was ruining ver9 so i upgrade to v9.1 and i still having this intermediate faults ,,,Titan Health check shows no error meanwhile No Dmx output and all the Buttons stop working .. just do restart and every thing goes OK again , i am having the Main board with the AVO modified upgrade kit installed almost 2 years ago ...So i thought i replace the Hard drive and the Flash USB drive as well and may be the Ram as well , and do a fresh install ...So any suggestions pros ?
