Lag issue

Been having a serious lag issue with my Titan Mobile v 9.1 running Windows 10... it seems to get worse every show and is especially bad at the end of a big strobing cue... I have 100's of different fixtures parked from previous shows since I have something different almost everyday... could this be causing the lag? also I am running a HP Rove all-in-one with a I3 processor.. I know the minimum should be an I5 but when I first starting using this setup I had no issues at all.
