Pearl 2004 LED levels

Hi there got a couple of questions, Firstly LED brightness can you controle this in the user settings some where as im finding that non selected fixtures on unsuded playback LEDs are lighting up to quite a high level so that one time last night i couldn't tell the difference between what fixtures i had selected and which onces were not. The level of the unused led's seems to increas the longer i leave the desk on.

When using coplex chases i have a q-live and i have done an update to the q and use the record step button to save that q and then i pressed clear so that the chase can move on when im ready. But level changes i have made do-not activate untill that q in the chase i reloaded. The same thing happens in an unfolded chase. The level changes dont update untill the step is reloaded. As far as i know im using firmware instaled before chrismtas.

There is no user setting to modify the brightness of the LEDs. The only setting relatting to the LEDs is to put them in mimic mode so they show the intensity of your fixtures. It could be a hardware problem with the desk that is causing the LEDs to be dark.

Chase steps do not update until you next run the chase step. This is because the chase step is only loaded at the start of the step and so the changes you make will not take effect straight away.
