Page changing

Hi!
Is it possible to make a page take over another activated playback on a another page and make it fade? For an example: Page 1 - Playback 1 - Blue. Page 2 - Playback 1 - Red. Page 3 - Playback 1 - Dark. Etc. So when I change page the Playback changes aswell. It would be helpful when creating a set list. Any ideas?
