My laptop has USB 2 and 3 ports. Any advantage in using the 3? Will it benefit from the faster bus speed?
Also, if I connect to the network via ethernet port on laptop, I only have a 10/100 adapter at present. Is this fast enough or should I get a gigbit adapter? I generally only run up to four universes so not an awful lot of data flying around.
Titan Mobile, any benefit to connecting with USB3?

Four universes of Art-Net can even run flawlessly on 10Mbit/sec, so don't worry your 100MBit adapter. For your info: a "normal" DMX line is about 250kBit/sec...
I don't expect you will see any improvements with USB3, USB3 only provides a faster interface for endpoints that are designed for USB3. If the endpoint is built for USB2, it will fall back to the USB2 speeds.

Great, thanks very much.

Just to note Avolites recommends using gigabit network for running TitanNet i.e. for multi-user or backup systems.
