Hi,

I am having some difficulties getting the CITP to generate new thumbnails on my console.

I'm using a Ai media server and a Sapphire Touch console.

I am trying to load some new content on to the server and get the CITP to generate new thumbnails for the content but it doesn't update at all.

Any tips on how I can get this to work?

Both the console and server is running on the latest version of Titan and Ai

Try the Update Personality function in patch menu.

Already have tried that. The server doesn't appear in the Update personality function after I have loaded the new content on it.
