tried to find this in the manual and on the forums, couldn't find it.

On a pearl, when you press a page button twice, is starts blinkin.
what does this do?

This changes the LCD view to show values for the top bank of fixtures ie.31-60 etc.

When looking at 'dimmer' values this is irrelevant since there is only the one attribute and therefore the screen shows 1-60, but with all other attributes there are two values for each fixture to be displayed and thus the need for the switch.
