Pearl Simulator download is broken

Dear reader, as my new employer uses an avolite pearl 2000, I wanted to train myself with your simulator. But as I was trying to download it (several times) I figured out that the registration process does not work, I get a page not found error, which causes to fail my donloading attempts.
Please can anybody help either by posting a download or by fixing the registartion form?

Thanks for informing us of this problem.
I've been in touch with our website hosts who inform me that they are aware of this problem and hope to have it fixed by the end of today (Monday 4th May).
