Titan Mobile Button Sized Messed Up

So we just updated our console from windows 8 to 8.1, and the software from something (7 i think?) to titan mobile 9.1. However, the button sizes are super messed up. They are awkward and oblong and some are wayyyyy to small. As a matter of fact the whole program is screwed up. The program itself seems to be working fine, but all the sizes of everything are just broken. I have changed all the button sizes and text sizes but it just makes it worse. The screen resolution hasn't changed, so I know that that isn't the issue. Is there any setting I'm missing? Because this is borderline unusable.

This may be due to the scaling settings in Display section of Control Panel, under the heading Change the size of all items. Selecting Smaller or 100% may improve how the buttons are laid out.
