Chase step overlap ?

Hi, is it possible to have an overlap on chase steps?
When creating a cue list in where in each cue I have 2 heads change position with a fade time of 2 seconds, I can step to the next cue while the former is not finished yet. Now, When creating a chase with the same cues, the step time will be minimum of 2 seconds because of the fade time. Increasing the speed won't make any difference.
Is there a way to have the steps overlap each other, so the speed will define the start of each step but it will take 2 seconds for each movement to finish ?
