Titan Mobile - Universe Outputs Dead

As stated in the title here is what I checked so far:

- The panels shows up in USB expert and shows no new updates
- The outputs (a-d) = universe (1-4) in order
- Console is not set to blind

Troubleshooting steps:

Patch one fixture (DMX address 1) per universe. (ie. 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, and 4.1). I plug the fixture into universe A/1 and locate. Nothing happens. I plug into B/2, press locate and the light locates. Plug into C/3 and press locate and nothing happens. Plug into D/4 and press locate and it locates appropriately.

So I am unsure what else I can do. I am running 9.1 and the desk was running fine until this past weekend. No other updates windows or otherwise have been added to the computer. I checked multiple cables to see what would happen and ran everything through cable testers and it all passes.

So any assistance on the matter would be great.
