Hi

Has got a problem with my Touch consol

During programming, the consol has begun to hang.
Twice received "blue screen"
Once "disk boot failure"

Have the latest software!

What are your tips?

Feels unpleasant to happen type 2 hours before the show

This will almost certainly be a hardware fault. Check all internal connections including RAM seating. If I were to guess I would say is HDD (either drive, connections or power supply). You may find clues in Windows Event Viewer. I recommend you contact service ASAP.

check all connections inside. even disconnect and reconnect them.

i would then consider performing a recovery.
