cant connect to session

Hi,
i am using a avolites quartz and a laptop running titan simulator both running V9.1
When i connect them to each other the laptop sees the quartz and is able to connect to it.
the quartz does see the laptop but it doesn't see the software version and sais unknown device so i can't connect to it.

the ip and subnet's are set correctly.

Please ensure that the Titan Simulator software, both Titan.exe and TitanSimulator.exe, are allowed through the firewall for both incoming and outgoing connections.
