Problems with V9.1 Delay , masters and import

Postby djbbe » 23 Aug 2015, 10:07

I have yesterday performed a first (small) show on 9.1
I believe only 20 fixtures max 300 channels.
i have a few concerns :

- I Experiences a huge delay on the dmx (really seconds delay)
i have filmed this delay : i am putting the sunstrips to on .
it even got worse later on the evening. when i stopped all playbacks it usually recoverd itself.

- The 2nd thing i noticed was when i imported a show from 9.0 all my playback property's where erased
like speed to fader , lock

- The 3th thing is that my masters aren't fluid at all. untill V9.O they
changed really smooth, and now they are reacting really slow. i have filmed this:

all this thing combined made it really imposible to run a decent show.

I'v run this after running recovery.

first i imported the old V9 show,
after a few hours i started from scratch but with the same results

Yes, definitely encountered the same laggy problem with faders.
Everything is smooth with v9.0, but super laggy with 9.1.
Was enough that I rolled back to v9.0.

Hope this is fixed in 9.2!

I am also experiencing this problem on Sapphire Touch after update to 9.1... and the later it gets in the evening the worse the delay becomes.
