Hi,
I have a problem with an old tiger touch.
occasionally the touch screen stops working.
The display is ok but the touch part doesnt work.
When i plug in a usb mouse i can control the cursor. but not by the touch screen.
Can someone help me out??
I cannot regenerate the problem, it only appears at the worst possible moments, mostly when programming.

I think it would be best to contact service about this.

i know this may sound funny, but you you rest your arm on the surface under the touch screen where the faders are and lean on it?

Hiya, I've just experienced the same problem during a club night in our venue. I was wondering if you had worked out a way to solve this without turning the board off? A coworker suggested resetting the dmx but I'm not sure if you've had any luck with that.
