Sapphire Touch Issue

So I have a ST running latest version of titan. I had to swap out some of my mac vipers to clay paky Sharpy washes. I used the exchange fixture feature to make the swap. After touching up positions, colors, beams etc - I shut down for the night. When returning in the morning I boot up the console and discover random Sharpy Washes not responding to DMX and acting sluggish. In order to 'fix' the problem I parked the fixtures and then re patched them . Was in town for 3 days -each day the same thing..
