Android remote app on Galaxy S3 shows "unknown device" & does not connect

I've been trying to get this working for a while and my conclusion is that the remote app does not work on the Galaxy S3.
All Titan devices appear as "Unknown device", if you select one the app shows "Loading show" and hangs there forever.

I have had the v7 app working on Galaxy S3, but both the v8 and v9 apps show this problem. I have tried various different consoles and wifi devices. A laptop will connect multi-user on the same wifi network.

Is this a known problem, is there any fix? (other than buying a new phone)

I don't have an Android phone but I do test with Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and this works ok for me in both versions. Running Android 4.1.2. Tested on PE and TT. Realise it could be specific issue with S3.

There's a few comments on the Google play store about it not working on the s3, same problem with "unknown device". Bit strange though, I could understand display or speed issues, but this seems like the network not working properly.

this is working on MY Samsung Galaxy S4 on 4.4.4 Kitkat Operating System. Please check carefully and troubleshoot the problem.
