Virtual Dimmer and shapes on sub fixtures ( Quantums, etc)

With all the LED wash fixtures with multiple zones, is there a way to get a virtual dimmer attached to the different zones? I feel like it would really speed up and make programming easy, to be able to run an int chase through Quantum Rings, and fixtures like that, so we can pick a color palette and apply dimmer shapes through zones, kind of like how the aura is setup, with its own, dimmer, shutter, etc
