Just upgraded pearl expert to v9, a week ago. Now sitting on FOH with dmx 2 universe frozen.
Before event universe 1 froze.
Restarted software to fix.
I use all 4 dmx outs on the back of console.
Loaded v8 show.
Console was perfectly fine before.

Quick follow up. After event ended I did panel reset for frozen univ.2 without restarting software.
Start working.
I see that one more person in forum complained about same issue on expert.

Yes...i can replicate this everytime!!! BUG ALERT...only with Expert in V9!!

If possible could you please detail the steps to reproduce the issue?

Any one figure out the workaround technic, like may be
Load the show file and then reset dmx panels?????

during weekend events experienced dmx freeze again. this time all 4 universes. opened usb expert and captured what i could. it appeared that both dmx panels where entering boot mode? disappearing from the list of attached panels. ( i can e-mail the video and images) This time reset on the back panel did not help. Have to restart software not the whole console.
2 times i observed: if to start the console and not touch anything on it for about 30 minutes it might freeze. (DMX output)
tomorrow will try to revert back to V8.
do can not find the previous software versions any more on the site.
will dig in my harddrives.
SUCK.
(i did check all usb cabling and reinstalled usb drivers, nothing shows up for panels update either)

Still happens to me...everytime i load a show, i have to reset the dmx panel to get dmx conection...on the 4 universe outputs!! and also some bugs related to losing cue legends...put legends on cues, and when i load the same show, i lose every legend, but only in cues, not pallettes!!
