Audio Tiger Touch 2

I have a question about the tiger touch 2. I working a while with the console now but lately i have some problems with the audio out connector. When i play music on the console the volume seems to be very low. I checked the windows volume options but they seem to set all on high. Also i checked winamp and the volume is also on high. Later i checkt the windows sounds and they are also on high. Any toughts what it can be or other users with the same problem?
