Touch screen stop working

Hi all, I have a strange issue Yesterday with my setup :
Titan Mobile 8,0 + Mobile Wing
Asus Laptop
Secondary touch monitor
The system work without any problem from about 1 year but yesterday , touch screen stop to working only for Titan Mobile.
I can use touch screen with any other thing. The laptop work only with Windows 8.1 and Titan Mobile, no internet connection so no Windows update run in the last year, and no other software on it.
I try to restart a lot of time both software and PC but the issue still here.
