Titan mobile freeze issue

Hi my name is José (Joe) Salinas, I work with a Titan mobile v8.1 and I've been having some serious freeze issues, sometimes when the show is running the computer freeze up and I have to restart the computer, when I open the software again sometimes a message appears and said: the session could not open.
Other times when I turn on the computer the same message appears I restart the software but then I can't save the show anymore.
Can anybody help Me?

José, first I would check that the PC is as clean as possible and is ONLY used for running Titan, and has no anti-virus, or any other processes running. If you think its not a PC issue then it could be a connection problem. I have had a couple of lockups - never during a show fortunately but a couple of times when programming. Having spoken to Avolites about this we think that it could be a problem with the USB connector, particularly on the early TM desks which had orange connectors. Any break in comms between the desk and computer can cause a lockup.

We have had this issue for a number of years. It is so random it is hard for us to pin down. We are going to attempt the turning off the autosave feature for running the show. Has Avolites ever released a fix for the orange connectors.
