Install later Titan on a diamond 4?

Hi guys!

I really really really like the diamond 4, but the older titan 3 is a bit outdated

Is it possible to install a later version? maybe not fully supported, and maybe some faster hardware is needed, but as long as the faders and buttons work.

or is it a dead end?

Unfortunately as far as I am aware this is not possible. The Diamond 4 software is no longer being developed.

I was thinking more from an unsuported view, does titan 6 still have the drivers for the LCD and faders?
somehow the new titan is based on the titan in the diamond, and somewhere along the road they dropped the support, but with som tweaking i hope that a newer version can be installed

Unfortunately this is not possible. After the last released version of titan for the diamond 4 support for the front panel was removed. Therefore it will not work at all if you install a later version.
