autoload and release

Postby ben59 » 15 Jan 2015, 21:48

Hello
I have searched on the forums, but I have not found my answer, so here is a new post... ;)

I've a cuelist on playback 2
I've a cuelist on playback 9 with fade in at 4s and link after previous.

On the cuelist on the PB 2, at the third cue I've an autoload for the cuelist on PB 9, so the the cuelist 9 start with good fading... but when I fired the cue 4 on PB 2 the cuelist on PB9 brutaly stop witout fade out...

Is a way to put fade out on autoload ? Thanx
I hope it's understandable

all the best..

I really don't think fade out times (or release per step) are working quite as they should!

The only way I have found to make this work is to create a second cue in the autoloaded list which has a fade in time and then autoload that during cue 4 of PB2.

So, for example, let's say we have just one dimmer:

- In cue 1 of the cuelist of PB 9 we have dimmer @ full and cue 2 dimmer @ zero. Both cues fade in 2sec. Both link wait for go. (the 2 sec fade in cue 2 is the only way to make the dimmer in cue 1 fade out, even when fired locally).

- In cue 1 of the cuelist of PB 2 we autoload cue 1 of PB 9.
- In cue 2 of the cuelist of PB 2 we autoload cue 2 of PB 9.

Now firing cue 1 of PB 2 followed by cue 2 of PB 2 results in a smooth fade in/fade out. I would then probably make cue 3 of PB 2 'link with previous' so that the cheat is transparent.
