Expert Installation Wing Support Request

Hello,
I'm doing an installation of the PETW on our PE running Tv7.4
Having followed all the instructions/diagrams on the install notes...
When I go to do the BIOS supplied upgrade....it does not show on the monitor when entering the Award CMOS Setup Utility Screen.
Having exited this and restarted the console, it now ask for the licence key ( previously had ) which is on a USB stick
I can't seem to enter it as my keyboard is no longer functioning - scroll lock / caps lock led function but cursor keys don't

An update on my progress
The desk will "see" this as a hardware change therefore a new licence key is required.
