Titan Mobile - Session Connection Failed

Hi,
I have a Titan Mobile for demo/testing this weekend, but I have a little problem.

I keep getting a message that says "Session Connection Failed".
The Titan Mobile panel shows as master, but I don't get any further. Also if I run the "Usb Expert Console" I get signals from the panel and into the Pc.

Can anyone help???
