Hi I'm using a pearl expert on Titan 7.4 with a connected Touch Wing and an Acer touch screen monitor.

Recently my touch wing has stopped working. Well not totally, everything functions on the Wing except the touch function. When I first boot up my desk it works as should be however after about 5mins it stops responding to touch on the screen. I can still use the mouse to select things on the screen.

My Acer touch screen monitor has continued to work properly throughout.

I've tried re-installing Titan but have had no joy.

Any suggestions would be brilliant.

Sounds like a hardware problem to me ....

I'd contact Avo support directly .

I'm not so sure. It might be something to do with Windows and touch screens. I don't know enough about it though. Gregory's probably the man. Have you tried a full recovery?

I tried a full recover but it's still the same. I'll phone Avo later this week. desks in use at the moment so I'd rather wait until after. I'll let you know what the problem is when I find out.

What is the model of the Acer touchscreen you are using? Does the wing work if the Acer screen is disconnected?

Sorry for the delay in replying. I've opened up the desk and given it a good clean inside and disconnected the connections and re-connected them. All seems fine now so i assume it was just some dirt in a connector.

same problem on pexp ! first 5 min work ok and then touch funkcion not work.all butons and encoders work fine.
